While many of our products are available for shipping within the United States, only select items can be shipped internationally. Some products may have additional restrictions based on size, weight, or manufacturer limitations.
When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on product availability and the shipping method selected. Depending on the carrier, estimated delivery dates may also appear during checkout.
Shipping rates for many items are calculated based on weight. In accordance with carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

We want you to love your purchase from the MidCurrent Marketplace. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@midcurrent.com.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at customerservice@midcurrent.com for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you can vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please email us at customerservice@midcurrent.com for instructions.
