Package arrived quick, tube itself is nice looks and feels like a real metal rod tube. However, inside not so much. Package immediately making noise when I picked it up off my porch. When I opened the tube whatever device was inside, it’s a round metal item with a white stone inside was broke the round stone material got white dust and pieces all inside the tube, and was broke in half. Took awhile to wipe all of it out but it still isn’t clean I can’t put the device back together as it’s broke hence the issue above. Couple thing’s either 1. Don’t use this type of device 2. Before shipping don’t attach it to the Velcro just put it in a small bag and drop it inside the tube let the customer attach it to the top you have to take it off to submerge it in water anyways per the instructions so I don’t under stand why it was packaged and shipped this way. Overall the tube itself is fine, looks really nice, execution not much. Yes I kept it I isn’t even know how to reach out to anyone about this and honestly any cigar smoker has humid packs laying around so when I use the tube traveling I’ll just throw a pack or two in. Still have to rate it low because the price is just not worth this item. My other humidor that I store cigars in was half the cost of this.
