Wearable Art | One-of-a-Kind Trout Pendants
About Barn & Brook
Artist and craftsman Phil Seeley was born and raised in rural Pennsylvania and has lived in Vermont for eighteen years. The son of a woodworker, Phil learned at an early age how to combine form and function to create long-lasting, useful art.
Phil came up with the idea of the Lucky Fishing Necklace one day while putting the finishing touches on a knife he was working on, thinking it would be nice to have a token of a few of his favorite things combined into a piece of wearable art. Those favorite things that quickly came to mind were, Flyfishing, Trout, Turquoise and Ironwood.
Each trout is completely crafted by hand, which makes them one of a kind. Or, what Phil likes to call "imperfect with intention." There is no guarantee that they will help you catch more fish, but you might find yourself slightly more connected to them and mother nature while wearing one.
Each piece is crafted using genuine crushed turquoise, Ironwood and your choice of Moss Green, Turquoise, Red or Coral cord. Simply place the cord around your neck so that it can be slipped over your head and tie a knot.
Barn & Brook Supply Company's mission is to offer goods with soul and meaning behind them. We take pride in offering products that last and are crafted to be enjoyed for a lifetime.
